PSEF prevents congestion in parking spaces by allowing one to increase the available space by unfolding the fins. These fins are attached on sides of the scooter which get locked, once opened, so that someone else cannot fold them back. PSEF promotes organized parking.  The other two wheelers have to be parked at a distance from ours allowing us easy access while removing the vehicle.
